Welcome to Southface Tourism Munnar. By browsing this website or booking any trekking package, jeep safari, or tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only once we have received the required advance payment and issued a confirmation via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed. Prices may vary based on group size, season, and customization requests.

Payments

• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance is payable as per the schedule communicated at the time of booking, typically before or on the day of the trip.
• We accept payments through the methods listed on our website or as advised by our team.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made well in advance of the trip date are eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on how close to the trip date the cancellation is made.
• Cancellations made close to the trip date, or no-shows, may not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable number of business days.
• Please contact us directly for the exact cancellation window and refund terms applicable to your specific package.

Trip Changes & Weather Conditions

Trekking routes, jeep safari paths, and itineraries may be modified or rescheduled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to offer suitable alternatives where possible.

Traveler Responsibilities

• Travelers must disclose relevant medical conditions or physical limitations before booking a trek or safari.
• Travelers are expected to follow the instructions of guides and staff for their own safety at all times.
• Southface Tourism Munnar is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from a traveler’s failure to follow safety guidelines.

Group Bookings

Special terms may apply to group bookings, including custom pricing, deposit requirements, and cancellation terms. These will be communicated separately at the time of booking.

Limitation of Liability

Southface Tourism Munnar acts as a facilitator of treks, safaris, and tour experiences. While we take every care in planning safe and enjoyable trips, we are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party service providers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Southface Tourism Munnar and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
